BAKEL Loyalty Program
1. General Terms
The following General Terms relate to participation in the BAKEL SPA loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as “BAKEL BENEFITS”) and apply only to customers registered on the website www.bakel.it.
The BAKEL BENEFITS program begins on July 1st, 2023.

Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30. Saturdays and public holidays are excluded.
3. Eligibility for the Loyalty Program
The BAKEL BENEFITS program is open to all individuals over the age of 18 and all legal entities.
A valid email address is also required, which serves as the username for creating a BAKEL account.
BAKEL will not verify the accuracy or truthfulness of the information provided by the applicant and assumes no responsibility in this regard.
4. How to Join
Joining the BAKEL BENEFITS program happens automatically upon registering on the website www.bakel.it (hereinafter the “Website”), by creating a personal account. In any case, after completing the process, the participant will receive a confirmation email at the address provided, containing all information related to the registration.
Each participant undertakes to provide complete, updated, and truthful data and information, and to communicate to BAKEL any changes (as described in Article 11 below), assuming full responsibility in case of false, incorrect and/or incomplete declarations.
5. Features of the BAKEL BENEFITS Program
With the BAKEL BENEFITS program, customers can accumulate BAKEç loyalty points with each purchase, redeemable (see Article 6 below) for access to exclusive shopping benefits.
Extra points will also be awarded to users who complete one or more of the actions listed in Article 6 below.
Additionally, through the personal BAKEL account, the customer can access their personal details at any time (such as order summaries, shipping address, preferred payment methods, accumulated points, etc.).
6. Collecting Points
Participants in the BAKEL BENEFITS program can earn loyalty points by making purchases online on the Website.
Upon registering on the Website, the user immediately receives a bonus of 50 points. In addition, for every €1 spent, registered customers earn 1 loyalty point. An additional 50 loyalty points can be earned by subscribing to the BAKEL Newsletter.
The history of extra points accumulated is visible in the personal BAKEL account.
To collect loyalty points, users must be logged into their BAKEL account before completing their order. Points are credited automatically.
In case of returns, accounting errors, or any misuse or abuse of the points, BAKEL reserves the right to cancel the corresponding points.
7. Points Balance
The points balance can be viewed at any time by accessing your personal BAKEL page within the Website.
8. Using Points
The customer can use the loyalty points accumulated on the Website as detailed in their personal BAKEL account.
To use/redeem the accumulated loyalty points, the customer must have:
• configured their BAKEL account on the Website with the required data;
• reached a credit balance of at least 500 points (minimum threshold);
• accumulated a points balance corresponding to the desired benefit.
Availability of the selected benefits is a prerequisite.
9. Points Expiry
BAKEL loyalty points do not expire.
10. Changes to the Program and Participation Terms
BAKEL reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to make changes or additions to the BAKEL BENEFITS loyalty program, without prejudice to rights already acquired in relation to points already earned by participants.
Such changes will be communicated on the Website, in the BAKEL BENEFITS program section, and possibly to the customer via the contact channels provided during the BAKEL account registration (email or SMS).
11. Changes/Updates to Personal Data
It is possible to change or update personal information directly via your BAKEL account on the Website. Alternatively, the customer may request the change by email at e-commerce@bakel.it
12. Privacy
Protecting personal information is very important. For details on the privacy of your BAKEL account, refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Suspension or Early Termination of the Program
BAKEL may suspend or terminate the BAKEL BENEFITS program early for just cause. Early termination and suspension (and their consequences) will be communicated to participants at least 3 months in advance, or, in the case of suspension, with the greatest possible notice and, at the latest, the day before it takes effect. These circumstances will be communicated to participants via the website www.bakel.it, in the section dedicated to the regulations and the BAKEL BENEFITS program, and via the contact channels provided by the customer during account registration (email or SMS).
14. Termination of Participation in the Program
Participants may end their membership in the BAKEL BENEFITS program at any time by deleting their personal BAKEL account. After deleting the personal account, it will no longer be possible to redeem points or enjoy the benefits of the BAKEL BENEFITS program.
BAKEL may exclude a participant from the BAKEL BENEFITS program by revoking their Website registration for just cause, with written notice including the reasons for such exclusion. Just cause includes, for example, fraudulent or abusive use of the BAKEL BENEFITS program (e.g. providing false identity or information, use contrary to these general terms) or other violations of these General Terms or applicable law. This will result in the loss of benefits and accumulated points as of the effective date of exclusion from the program.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All rights and obligations arising from these General Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes arising from these terms, their interpretation, effectiveness, or termination, as well as general participation in the BAKEL BENEFITS program, will be subject exclusively to the court of the participant's place of residence.
