Returns and Refunds
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery or collection of the Products. In the case of a split order, this period starts from the day of delivery or collection of the last Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may submit a return request to Bakel by sending an email to e-commerce@bakel.it, specifying their address, order number, and reason for the return.
Instructions on how to proceed with the return will be provided by Bakel once the Customer’s return request has been approved.
If the Customer follows the above procedure, the courier appointed by Bakel will collect the package containing the returned Products at no charge to the Customer.
If the Customer does not follow this procedure, return shipping costs and any liability for loss, theft, damage, or delayed delivery will remain the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer agrees to return the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which they notified Bakel of their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts and in their original packaging (bags and boxes), stored and used with due care, without any signs of wear or dirt.
In the event of a rejected return, Bakel will notify the Customer accordingly and will not refund the amount paid. Bakel also reserves the right to claim compensation for any damage attributable to the Customer’s conduct.
The refund of the price of the returned Products will be carried out by Bakel without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which Bakel was informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
Bakel reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received and inspected the Product or until the Customer has provided proof that the product has been correctly returned and is intact, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made by re-crediting the amount paid using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that no additional costs are incurred as a result of the refund.
Bakel will confirm the refund by email to the Customer.
Bakel will not be required to refund delivery costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a delivery method different from the standard option offered by Bakel.
The return of Products under this policy is only permitted for purchases made through the Website.
