Quality Policy
BAKEL intends to pursue its vision with determination, consistency, and attention to developments and needs in its target market. To achieve and maintain its objectives over time, the Company has adopted a Quality Management System based on UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Within this general framework, the Organization is required, each for its own area of responsibility, to:
- Strictly comply with the company vision and legal requirements for all products, also taking into account any mandatory requirements for specific foreign markets
- Expand and maintain the product range in line with market needs
- Expand and consolidate the sales network in Italy
- Expand and consolidate its presence in foreign markets, identifying the best ways to penetrate the various countries identified as being of interest
- Pay due attention to the requests of all stakeholders, using product certifications as objective evidence of the satisfaction of these requests
Aware that every aspect of quality is by definition relative and dynamic, BAKEL systematically monitors market requirements through its marketing structure and feedback from the sales department, with the aim of transforming this information into input for the research and development process. In this way, it aims to ensure, on the one hand, that its product range is constantly adapted to expressed needs and, on the other, that it is able to react immediately to any critical issues that may arise.
The improvement process is implemented through three systematic approaches:
- Product and process innovation or invention pursued in collaboration with the production outsourcer
- Systematic research into improvements in existing products and processes with the aim of achieving both effectiveness (quality) and efficiency (production cost containment)
- Experience gained from negative events (either our own or those of others) that have occurred on the market, with a view to problem solving
